Root & Bloom:

A Summer Solstice Circle

There is something ancient about gathering with women at the turning of the seasons.

Long before we were disconnected from the rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of our own bodies, women came together to mark thresholds, celebrate the light, grieve what had been lost, and dream into what was yet to come. The Summer Solstice invites us to do the same. As the days reach their fullest expression, we pause to honor all that has brought us to this moment—the beauty, the growth, the challenges, the endings, and the unexpected gifts hidden along the way.

Root & Bloom is an evening of intentional pause in a culture that asks us to keep moving. Together, we will step out of the noise and into a space of deep listening, reflection, movement, ritual, and community. We will celebrate the woman you are today while creating space for the woman you are becoming. We will honor what is ready to be released and call forward what is waiting to bloom. This is not about self-improvement or becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself—to your body, your wisdom, your longings, and the quiet knowing that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

Join us on this threshold between seasons as we celebrate the light, honor our journey, and tend to what is ready to root and bloom.

6-8pm
Wildfire Arts Center

In a culture that often leaves us isolated, disconnected, and rushing from one responsibility to the next, gathering in intentional community is a profound act of nourishment. If something in you is stirring as you read these words, trust that. The longing for deeper connection, belonging, beauty, and meaning is not a problem to solve—it is an invitation. This circle is a place to answer that call.

Registration Closes June 19

What can you expect?

This circle is for women who are longing to slow down and reconnect—with themselves, with other women, and with the deeper rhythms that often get lost in the pace of modern life.

It is for women who feel called to gather in meaningful community, who are craving beauty, reflection, and intention, and who know that there is wisdom to be found when we pause long enough to listen.

You do not need any experience with circles, movement, meditation, or ritual. You simply need a willingness to arrive as you are.

Throughout the evening, you will be gently guided through a series of practices designed to help you settle into your body, connect with the energy of the season, and honor your own journey.

Together, we will open sacred space, explore the meaning of the Summer Solstice and this seasonal threshold, reflect on what has emerged through winter and spring, and create space to release what no longer belongs.

Through journaling, movement, ritual, sharing in circle, and moments of quiet listening, you will be invited to reconnect with your own wisdom and call forward what you hope to cultivate in the seasons ahead.

You can expect a warm and welcoming environment where there is no pressure to perform, share more than you wish, or have anything figured out.

My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and nourished—a space where you can exhale, soften, and remember that you are not alone.

You will leave with greater clarity about what matters most, a deeper connection to yourself and the season, and the experience of being held in community with other women walking their own path of becoming.

Welcome,
I’m
Sonny -

an integrative physician, Healer, and deep space holder devoted to helping women come home to themselves.

I am conventionally trained in medicine and deeply shaped by my own healing journey. Over the years, I’ve explored health and wholeness through the body, the nervous system, contemplative practice, movement, ritual, and the wisdom that emerges when we create space to listen. My work lives at the intersection of science and soul—where modern medicine meets ancient ways of knowing and the deep remembering that happens when women gather in community.

As a physician, yoga teacher, coach, and guide, I have spent decades learning how to hold space for transformation, healing, and honest self-reflection. I believe that healing is not always about fixing or changing ourselves. Sometimes it is about returning—to our bodies, our intuition, our values, and the rhythms that connect us to something larger than ourselves. My intention for Root & Bloom is to create a space where you feel welcomed, nourished, and deeply seen as we pause together to celebrate the light and listen for what is ready to bloom.

The life you want is built in moments like these—moments when you choose to pause, listen, and honor what is calling you forward.
